A reservation is entered for a given period. Unless explicit permission from « La Cognée », it can not be anticipated or extended. Pets are not allowed. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in every room of « La Cognée »

Booking
Reservations are made through the website, by email or by phone. 
In all cases, it will be firm and final until a deposit of 25% of the stay with a minimum charge of one night. by bedroom. Any person who books at « La Cognée » recognizes to have read and accepted these sale conditions.

Hourly

Arrival
We welcome you from 18:00 to 20:00 on day of arrival. In case of late arrival, thank you for telling us. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled, the deposit will be retained as compensation and we can dispose of your room. 

Departure
Your departure must be before 11:00. 

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room or terrace of 7:15 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays. 

Dinner
The meals are served every evening at 20:00 in the dining room. Booking is required, ideally at the time of booking the room or at the latest, 24 hours before. 

Payment

Deposit
The deposit payment is by credit card (credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards are not accepted). In this case, you agree to give us your credit card number to complete the online payment. 
Upon receipt of your payment,your reservationnwill be confirmed.

Balance
The final payment is made on arrival at « La Cognée ». In case of prolonged stay (over one week), a charge will be made each week. An invoice will be issued at end of stay. Any damage or loss will be an additional charge.

City tax
The city tax is a local tax not included in the stay price, you will have to pay it to "La Cognée" then this tax is donated to Toulouse Metropole. The price is set annually and can be sent to you on request.

Insurance
The guest of « La Cognée » must be covered by liability insurance. 

Maintenance
Housekeeping is provided in the rooms each day. The towels are changed every two days. The sheets are changed every week in case of long stay. 

Use of premises
By accepting the terms and conditions, the host is committed to the peaceful character of « La Cognée » and to preserve the peace of other residents to « La Cognée »

Internet
« La Cognée » offers its guests a free internet connection via Wifi. The user may not use the Service for purposes contrary to regulations. In particular, it is forbidden to use the internet connection :

• attempt to access other machines connected to the network
• make illegal downloads and immoral
• see online video (streaming) legally or illegally
• make shipments of mass e-mails (spam)
• attempt to obtain unauthorized access to a computer (in and out of « La Cognée »)

By accepting the terms and conditions, the host certify that their computer (if running under Microsoft operating system) has no viruses and is protected by an anti-virus updates. The guest is responsible for his computer. « La Cognée » can not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Cancellation
Prior to arrival, all cancellations must be confirmed by mail or email (with acknowledgment of receipt). The deposit remains at « La Cognée » if the cancellation occurs less than a week before arrival. If the guest does not appear on the day of the reservation and that we were not contacted before 20:00, the deposit is retained by « La Cognée ». If the cancellation occures less than 48 hours before arrival, the whole stay must be payed.

Miscellaneous
« La Cognée » reserves the right to change the room assigned to the guest knowing that all rooms have a similar level of performance. This change will not be entitled to any part-cons. « La Cognée » undertakes not to disclose to any third party any information you have entrusted to him (except in case of dispute)

Unless prior agreement, the following fees apply :

• Spa access : 20 € per person
• Cooking lessons : 40 € per person

Dispute
In case of rejection of payment, the customer will bear the bank charges in « La Cognée » related to the release. In case of dispute, the court will have jurisdiction in Toulouse
